WLERICK Robert (1882-1944)
One of Rodin's practitionners, Wlerick's work represents full and balanced shapes. He studies at Bordeaux Beaux-Arts before moving to Paris in 1906. His bronzes are cast by Valsuani, Thinot or Montagutelli. One of his work is exhibited at the Exposition Nationale des Beaux-Arts in 1912 and will be compared to a Donatello by Rodin. In 1925, he present some bronzes at the Exposition des Arts Décoratifs and will be in most of the parisian Salons.
