SAUPIQUE Georges Laurent (1889-1961)
He studied under Coutan at the Beaux-Arts in Paris and exhibits his first busts and paintings at the Salon very early. In 1912, he is taught by one of Rodin's practitionners Roussaud and designes after the war many war memorials in Paris and France. He received many public orders and becomes a teacher at the Beaux-Arts after the second war.
