PINA Alfredo (1887-1966)
After his studies at the Brera academy in Milan, he receives a grand prix in sculpture and starts to exhibit very early. Moving in Paris and becoming Rodin's practitionner and assistant, Pina presents his work a the Salon des Artistes from 1910. After the war, in his parisian atelier, he conceives busts of famous artists, writers or musicians and sometimes public monuments. Most of his work is made out of bronze cast by Busato, or Valsuani among many others.
