MARX Maurice Roger (1872-1956)

Barrias, Coutan and Gardet were his teachers at the Beaux-Arts in Paris. From 1894, Marx presents his resalistic animal sculpture at the Salon des Artistes Français. Working with marble and bronze, he represents animals he sighted during his travel in Tunisia in 1913.
