MARTINIE Berthe (1885-1958)

This selftaught sculptor expose her first animal artworks in Paris in 1920. Her style shifts between realism and sometimes more modern approach. She has achieved some bas-reliefs for the Jardin des Plantes fauverie. She often exhibits at the Salon d'Automne.
