LOBO Balthazar (1911-1983)
Born in Zamora, Spain, he attends Arts et Métiers of Valladolid then Madrid. Arriving in Paris in 1937, Lobo is helped by Picasso and collabores with Laurens. He starts scuplting in 1945. His work represents human silouhette with lines inspired by cubism. His art was exhibited at the Galerie Vendôme in Paris along with notables such as Henri Matisse and Pablo Picasso.
